The Ultimate Bachelor Pad in Bondi

The Ultimate Bachelor Pad in Bondi

Milray Park Designer Caine Hodder transformed a blank canvas into the ultimate Bachelor Pad in Bondi.

Homebuilder in Sydney, Michael had just purchased a newly built unit in Bondi Junction when he tasked Milray Park Designer, Caine Hodder to create a comfortable, sleek and sexy interior.

“The only request Michael gave me was Versace bedding. The rest of the apartment design evolved from there.”

To give the space a masculine and luxurious look, Caine opted for a dark and moody colour palette. Starting with a breathtaking master bedroom, Caine’s dramatic bachelor pad vibe carries out into the living space.

“To create a powerful design, I knew I had to include some special elements.”

Given comfort was a huge factor for this space. Caine chose a large Timothy Outlon sofa in a charcoal velvet fabric and made it the focal point of the living space, where it dominates the room.

However, Caine decided to keep the dining space minimal with a black concrete dining table from Globe West and the Timothy Oulton studded dining chairs from Coco Republic. He completed the space with a Paul Blackmore artwork from Arthouse Co.

Caine has gained extensive industry experience, working on both commercial and residential projects within a wide range of budgets. He has worked with clients styling the Wrigley’s Factory conversion “The Burcham” in Rosebery, NSW as well as designing for Lorna Jane Clarkson’s beach house renovation in Byron Bay.

Caine loves to leave his clients with a space they love, are proud to show off and are excited to come home to after a long day.
