

It’s so hard to resist not having bit of all of the delicious dishes a chrissy spread has to offer! So to indulge to the max, this year we’re going for a healthy version of our good old xmas feast.
These recipes are our favourites, tried and tested by the Milray Park team & certified 100% meat free (vegetarian friends, we feel you).
To start with
Try this yummy (vego) Sausage Roll and then dip them in some Homemade Hummus (recipe by the masters Yotam Ottolenghi & Sami Tamimi).
And for all the cheese lovers out there, we’ve found a killer! The Figs with Pine Nuts and Goat’s Curd recipe from Jamie Oliver.
Then the main
Revisit your xmas classics with this Pecan & Mushroom Wellington and bring a bit of Mexico to your feast with some yummy Smokey Fish Tacos.
And don’t forget the salad sides
This year, why not opt for this revamped version of the classic Lebanese Lebanese Tabbouleh with quinoa & za’atar. And add some delish Paprika Barbecued Carrots as well as our favourite Herby Picnic Potatoe Salad.
Lastly, sweets please
This recipe is the BOMB! On a hot Summer’s day, this recipe will make you feel like you’re jumping in an ice pool. Light and delicate, it’s perfect to end a healthy Xmas feast. So don’t hesitate one moment and add the Raw Blueberry Cheesecake to your xmas menu.
And for all the chocolate addicts at your table, try this Raw Chocolate Orange Brownies.
